One evening, my girlfriend was home alone with her two dogs. Everyone else had gone out, so she called me and asked me to come to see her. I thought it was a bit strange that she called me at this time. It was too early to go to pick her up. Plus I was working on my web site at the time.

So I asked her, "Why?" She answered with the words, "no reason". That made me want to know more. So I asked her to tell me why first. I also said that I wouldn’t go to her house until she told me. Then she said that there is something she wanted to show me but she didn’t want to tell me.

I kept asking her "What is it?" but she didn’t want to tell me. She kept saying "wait and see". Then a while later, I felt that her tone was starting to change and she was speaking louder and louder. I knew straight away that she was getting moody and would be very angry soon, so I stopped asking her. I said sorry and told her that I would be leaving in five minutes. She said sorry back and asked me to call her when I got there. I replied "OK", then we hung up but I still thought about what she was going to show me. I really wanted to know. What do you think it was?

ผมเฝ้าถามเธอว่า “มันคืออะไร” แต่เธอก็ยังไม่ยอมบอกผม เธอพูดว่า “คอยดูและจะเห็นเอง” ต่อมาสักครู่ผมรู้สึกว่าเธอเริ่มมีน้ำเสียงที่เปลี่ยนไปและเธอก็พูดดังขึ้นดังขึ้นเรื่อยๆ ผมรู้ได้เลยว่าเธอนั้นกำลังอารมณ์เสียและอาจจะโกรธมากในไม่ช้า ดังนั้นผมจึงหยุดถามเธอ ผมพูดกับเธอว่าผมเสียใจและบอกเธอว่าผมจะออกไปภายใน 5 นาที เธอก็บอกเสียใจกลับมาและบอกว่าให้โทรหาเธอเมื่อผมถึงที่นั่น ผมก็ตอบตกลง จากนั้นเราก็ต่างวางสาย แต่ผมยังคงคิดเกี่ยวกับสิ่งที่เธอจะให้ผมดู ผมอยากรู้จริงๆ คุณคิดว่ามันคืออะไร

All the way to her house, I couldn’t stop thinking about what she was going to show me. I was very excited to know and wanted to find out quickly. So I rode to her house as fast as I could. In my excitement, I nearly crashed into the car in front and I also nearly got stopped by the police for not wearing a helmet. Luckily I could ride faster when the police were running after me!!!

I finally got to the 7-Eleven near her house. I quickly got off my bike and went to call her from the phone box. I talked to her for several minutes. She said that I shouldn’t park my bike near her house or her neighbour’s house because someone might see me go in and make a call to her mum. She asked me to park in front of the 7-Eleven and walk from there straight into her house. I said "OK" and then hung up the phone. I took a few deep breaths before I started walking.

ในที่สุดก็มาถึงเซเว่นอีเลฟเว่นใกล้บ้านเธอ ผมรีบลงจากมอเตอร์ไซต์ของผมและไปโทรเรียกเธอที่ตู้โทรศัพท์ ผมพูดกับเธออยู่หลายนาที เธอก็พูดว่าผมไม่สามารถที่จะจอดรถใกล้บ้านเธอหรือเพื่อนบ้านของเธอได้เพราะบางคนอาจจะเห็นผมเข้าไปข้างในแล้วไปเรียกแม่ของเธอมา เธอบอกผมว่าให้จอดรถหน้าเซเว่นอีเลฟเว่นและเดินจากที่นั่นตรงไปที่บ้านเธอ ผมตอบตกลงและต่อมาก็วางโทรศัพท์ลง ผมสูดลมหายใจลึกๆประมาณ 2-3ครั้งก่อนที่ผมจะเริ่มต้นเดิน

From the 7-Eleven, it took me less than two minutes to get to her house. With every step I felt more excited and nervous. When I was in front of her house, I took another deep breath before pushing the front door open and then I walked in.

จากเซเว่นอีเลฟเว่น มันใช้เวลาน้อยกว่า 2 นาทีที่จะไปถึงบ้านเธอ ในทุกๆย่างก้าวผมรู้สึกตื่นเต้นและกลัว เมื่อผมมาอยู่หน้าบ้านเธอ ผมสูดลมหายใจลึกๆก่อนที่จะผลักประตูหน้าบ้านให้เปิดออกและเข้าไปข้างใน

Tai stood up from her mum’s working chair after she saw me coming through the front door. Then she smiled and asked me to follow her up to her bedroom. I was both very excited and scared. Her mum could come back anytime and I didn’t think it was a good idea if she came back and saw me there with her daughter in her bedroom. Even though I have been going out with Tai for one year now, we have never met.

ต่ายลุกขึ้นจากเก้าอี้ทำงานของแม่เมื่อเธอนั้นเห็นผมเข้ามาอยู่หน้าประตูต่อมาเธอก็ยิ้มและบอกผมว่าให้ตามเธอขึ้นไปที่ห้องนอนของเธอ ผมว่าเราทั้งคู่รู้สึกตื่นเต้นและกลัวมาก แม่ของเธอสามารถที่จะกลับมาเวลาใดก็ได้และผมก็ไม่คิดว่ามันจะเป็นความคิดที่ดีถ้าเธอกลับมาเห็นผมอยู่กลับลูกสาวของเธอในห้องนอนของเธอด้วย แม้ว่าผมจะไปไหนมาไหนกับเธอประมาณ1 ปีแล้ว ก็ยังไม่เคยที่จะเจอแม่ของเธอเลย

We walked up to the third floor to Tai’s bedroom. I was standing in front of her bedroom while Tai was opening the door. I felt very very excited then because soon I would find out what she was going to show me plus it would be my first time going into her bedroom. By this time, I didn’t feel scared about her mum coming back at all. I only felt excited.

เราเดินขึ้นไปที่ชั้น 3 ถึงห้องนอนของต่าย ผมยืนอยุ่หน้าห้องนอนของเธอจนกระทั่งเธอนั้นเปิดประตูออกมาผมรู้สึกตื่นเต้นมากๆ เพราะว่าเร็วๆนี้ผมจะได้เห็นสิ่งที่เธอจะให้ผมดูบวกกับผมได้เข้าไปในห้องนอนของเธอเป็นครั้งแรกด้วย ในเวลานี้ผมไม่รู้สึกกลัวที่แม่ของเธอกำลังจะกลับมา ผมรู้สึกตื่นเต้นเท่านั้น
